PrivacySolved and privacysolved.com are the business names and trading names of Privacy and Information Compliance Solutions Limited (“PrivacySolved”), a United Kingdom company, and PrivacySolved Europe and International Limited (“PrivacySolved”), a Republic of Ireland company. We provide professional services, business services, management consulting, advice, consulting, legal and regulatory support, corporate training and deliver project work for companies, organisations and other institutional clients.

The personal data we collect helps us to provide services to clients, who are primarily institutional clients.  The main reason we rely on for collecting, using and storing your personal data is that these uses are necessary for the performance of contracts between PrivacySolved, clients, third parties and PrivacySolved’s partners. We also use personal data because it is necessary to perform business tasks that are important to our legitimate interests in providing services to our clients. We also us personal data to comply with UK, Irish, EU and international legal obligations.

We rarely require consent from our clients, partners or third parties to use their personal data, but where this is required in specific circumstances, we will use a clear process to do so. We rarely use special categories of data, but where these are required, we will seek express consent or rely on other lawful methods of processing these data. While consent and the use of special categories of data will rarely be required when providing services to our clients, it is likely that when we engage consultants, specialists, advisors, employed staff and agents, consent and special categories of data may be required. People who use Our services as Clients

PrivacySolved offers various services to companies and organisations. We must hold the details of the people who have requested the service in order to provide it. However, we only use these details to provide the service that these individuals have requested and for other closely related purposes, primarily invoicing and payments. We hold this personal data for the duration of the client relationship, including the time between individual projects and client assignments.

Where the client relationship has come to a definitive end and both parties confirm this in writing, PrivacySolved will retain personal data for company management, tax, audit, legal dispute responses, compliance and regulatory purposes. PrivacySolved will minimise, limit access and de-personalise personal data at all stages of the client relationship, especially after a client relationship has definitively ended.
